We welcome everyone to the clinic.

As a primary health care practice, we care for anyone who requires Osteopathic treatment.

We are available at all the traffic-light levels from green- orange-red.

Our Osteopaths are all fully vaccinated

We have put a lot of time into developing processes that will help ensure everybody's safety.

Here is what you need to know:

What are we doing to protect you?

We are taking hygiene and sanitation very seriously. The clinic will be regularly sanitised throughout the day and all staff will be vigilant with handwashing and hygiene. Between patient appointments osteopaths will be thoroughly disinfecting plinths, surfaces and themselves in preparation for your consult. We will be wearing PPE for your protection and ours.

An optional suggestion is that you bring 2 large towels for your hygiene, to use on the treatment couch during the treatment.

What should you do and expect when you arrive for your appointment?

  • Please bring 2 bath towels, ( 1 to lie on and 1 to cover your body for comfort).

  • Please bring as few personal items to your appointment as possible. If you are bringing a child or baby, please bring a toy from home for them to play with.

  • There is a sanitizing station as you enter the clinic. Please thoroughly sanitize your hands on entering.

  • Please wear a mask

  • To minimize the number of people in the clinic and maintain social distancing, we ask that ONLY the individuals receiving treatment, and, at most, one carer/parent enter the clinic. We ask that the remaining family members remain in the car.

  • Most importantly smile, relax and welcome back to a place where you are safe, and your body will be looked after.

What if you are anxious or think you fall into a high-risk category?

We are going to do everything we can to help you – if you are in any way concerned or wondering if it is safe to come in please phone our team and if needed we will organise for your osteopath to call you and plan the safest way to treat you.

If you are immunocompromised, fall into the over 70s category, or just feel uneasy please let us know.

If you are unwell do not come into the clinic under any circumstance.

Are you a primary healthcare or essential worker?

Please let us know and we will do our very best to prioritise your appointment and find a time that best suits you.

What are the contactless consultations on offer currently?

Phone consult - we'll book a time to have a chat over the phone. Let's face it, sometimes it's nice to communicate with someone outside our bubbles! But more than that there are plenty of tips and advice we can offer you.

Telehealth consult - this online platform allows us to have face-to-face contact with you, where we can advise on any home treatments you can implement, using rollers, elastic bands, stretching and hot/cold treatments.
